Ashley and Brandon’s springtime wedding took place on the Hudson River, right beneath the Walkway Over the Hudson. Their day started with a simple ceremony in Upper Landing Park surrounded by close friends and family. A quick stroll across the creek led guests to the Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum Pavillon for the reception, where all of the decor was DIYed by Ashley and Brandon. Some of their special touches included comic book character seating arrangements, vinyl record “guest books”, and “literary love” folded book art and book page garland. Ashley and Brandon even did the set up themselves that morning and being totally hands on, definitely paid off, their wedding day was a true reflection of their personalities! At the end of the night, this sweet couple enjoyed a beautiful sunset while overlooking the Mid-Hudson Bridge and, after they cut their superhero inspired cake, they danced through dusk with their guests.
